SRA is a family owned commercial refrigeration service business based in Perth, Western Australia and was established in 1983.

Here at SRA we do things a little differently (better):

• We hand pick our customers and the type of work we do.
• We don't simply do work everywhere, and don't try to do everything.
• We are specialists in commercial fridge repairs, so we don’t work on domestic fridges and freezers.
• We can repair and maintain your commercial refrigeration equipment, including gas leak repair, regassing, and faulty parts replacement.
• We stock thermostats, compressors, motors, gas, fans and all the other tiny bits and pieces in our mobile repair vans to get the job done. It is very rare that we don't fix a fault on the spot with the parts on hand.
• We are the warranty agent of choice for many interstate and overseas brands.

I hear a lot of refrigeration service companies talk about how they deliver great, unrivalled service. Heck, I even say that about SRA. "We offer great service" has now become a cliché that few customers will believe. Why is that?

Well for a start, everybody seems to think they are getting it right but they don’t stop to ask the customer, "Do I give good service?" Consumers are so used to accepting bad service as the norm, that they just don't do anything about it.

Communication: At SRA, if you leave a voice message - we will ring you back. If there is an issue with a job - we will talk with you. It's as easy as that.

Professionalism: We will take the time to explain the fault or issue with your refrigeration equipment, and we won’t use big words or try to confuse you. We will clearly explain what is going on.
