Acronym's gone made !!

An RTA is a 'Refrigerant Trading Authorisation' , they are issue by the Australian Government. the Authorisation enables a refrigeration company to purchase and use refrigeration gassed in accordance with a whole bunch of rules. This Licence is the only Licence that a refrigeration company needs top use gas. Along with the RTA , the actual refrigeration fitter (person) needs another licence a Refrigerant handling licence RHL this lets the refrigeration person use the gas and ultimately makes the person responsible for the use of the refrigerant gas , and then makes the company responsible for the person.

Okay so there has been a recent change to the regulations , now "all advertising and promotional materials for the provision or services under the RTA must include the RTA (AU) number" so we will be printing or number on our stationary
