What is a QUOTE

A quote is a fixed price for which goods or services will be supplied. When a quote is accepted it is 'locked in', a contract is formed which binds you and your repairer to the details contained in the quote.

All SRA quotes are worked out in our office, we ring multiple wholesalers and get the best price for the parts and we make sure the parts are in stock and available. Quotes are sent to you via email, fax or post . Unlike estimates which can change, quotes a fixed price and if we get it wrong we will wear the extra cost , like wise if it takes less time then we will still charge the same amount.

SRA quotes always include a detailed and individually priced list of all the parts required , the total amount of labour and any extra consumables like refrigerant gas or welding materials . On the quote you will find a details description of the proposed work.

Are quotes FREE ? yes - we give free quotes if we dont have to come out and diagnose the problem. so if you have already paid somebody else to find out what is wrong and you just want a second price to compare ring us and give us some details like model number, gas type , etc and we will give you a fixed price quotation.

SRA will charge a service call if we are asked to attend your premises and diagnose the fault, As you would appreciate diagnosing the problem is often the most important and hardest part of the job. We often find that the equipment is just not worth repairing , it is too old , or the parts are too expensive. A formal written quote will give you the information to make a clear a accurate decision about spending money on old equipment.
